This articulates exactly why I’m so disappointed in Obama as a President. We got promises that never came to fruition. And I understand Republican obstructionism has delayed a lot but when you take his stance on the war and his very politically conservative debt commission into account, it’s enough to make a man wonder, “Did I somehow vote republican by mistake?”
I just want to have in depth discussions of politics, religion, and sex--you know, all those things "they" say you shouldn't talk about in "polite" society. I'll be expressing opinions here. If you have a problem with that, feel free to move on. If I claim something, I try to back it up with facts. If you want to contest those facts, feel free.
